UNICOR intends to enter into an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with one (1) base year and four (4) option years if exercised type contract for LOCKS for Forrest City AR, Ashland KY and Milan MI Solicitation number is FN1475-19 This solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposal. . The minimum and maximum order quantities will be listed by Lot in the full solicitation document. . Delivery lead time is 14days ARO all orders. This is a full and open requirement. NAICS code associated with this requirement is 332510. It is anticipated that this solicitation will result in a multiple award (Lot 1 and Lot 2). Specific items will be detailed in full solicitation. Offerors shall submit signed and dated offers to UNICOR, Federal Correctional Institution, PO Box 1500, White Deer, PA 17887, Attn: Tiffani Balestrini if submitting via US Postal Service or UNICOR, Route 15, 2 Miles N. of Allenwood, Allenwood, PA 17810, Attn: Tiffani Balestrini if submitting via FEDEX or UPS. Specific item specifications and quantities will be listed in solicitation. All offerors must complete the Business Management questionnaire in Section L of solicitation document with three references. References must be for same or similar items. All Offerors must complete the ACH form and the SAM registration, which can be found on UNICOR's webpage at . For the ACH form click on business commercial opportunities, navigate to, procurement forms and click on ACH form and print. All Offerors will be required to register on www.sam.gov. Any offorer not registered on SAM will not be considered for award. .
