This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FN1462-19 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-100. The North American Industry Classification System code is 331222. This requirement is UNRESTRICTED. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to enter into a SINGLE AWARD FOR ONE (1) base year with four (4) one year option years, if exercised, firm-fixed-price, indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity contract for wire decking as listed in Section B.
