The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) issues this Request for Information (RFI) to conduct market research in identifying contractor support to perform retirement system operations. Contractor support must be able to successfully provide federal retirement counseling, computer service computation dates, calculate military buy backs, calculate civilian deposits and redeposits, complete retirement application forms, and complete disability retirement application forms, and FERRCA cases. This Sources Sought / Request for Information is issued solely for information and planning purposes. It does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) / Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFP/RFQ in the future. This Sources Sought / Request for Information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, the FBI is not at this time seeking proposals/quotes and will not accept unsolicited proposals/quotes. Vendors are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this Sources Sought / RFI. All costs associated with responding to this Sources Sought / RFI will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this Sources Sought / RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP/RFQ, if any is issued.
