The Portfolio Management Team (PMT) is part of the FBI’s Laboratory Division. The PMT is responsible for supporting business process improvement efforts which can include business analytics, workflow/automation and information technology (IT) development, business intelligence, and the application of proven Project Management structured frameworks (such as Value Stream Management (VSM), Six Sigma, the principles of the Lean Business Management Framework, and Business Process Management). The PMT also provides key strategic planning analysis, strategic initiative support, and portfolio and project management best practices and tracking. These responsibilities are executed through a synthesis of skilled personnel and information technology (IT). This sources sought is to identify potential providers for Information Technology (engineering, implementation, integration, and application), Project Management, Business Analysis, and Strategic Planning Services.
