The United States Department of Justice (DOJ), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Human Resources Division (HRD), Employee and Medical Services Section (EMSS) is requesting information for how an interested contractor could obtain the services of numerous Contracted Assessors to conduct nationwide and United States territories (i.e. 56 FBI Field Office (FO) and Resident Agency (RA) locations) pre-employment psychological assessments of individuals who have been granted conditional job offers (CJOs) of employment with the FBI. The responses to this Request for Information (RFI) will be utilized to determine if any Small Business Set-Aside opportunities exist and to identify sources. All Small Business Set-Aside categories will be considered.
