The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is considering the creation of a multiple award blanket purchase agreement (BPA), for the acquisition of agile teams, to assist the FBI in confronting mission needs with continuous value delivery utilizing the Scale Agile Framework (SAFe). As seen in both public and private industries, the FBI is pursuing increased agility and seeks to align with exceptional value-delivering industry partners for assistance. This Request for Information (RFI) is requesting input from industry on how to best structure, solicit, evaluate, and execute the FBI Agile Services Teams (FAST) acquisition.
