The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to seek qualified offerors who have the capability to provide Citrix software support to the FBI at theClarksburg, WV location. Citrix is currently in use within the CJIS devision of the FBI. This service contract opportunity is intended to provide 192 labor hours of support for a 12-month period. This RFI is for informational purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure a service, or for the Government to pay for the information received. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this RFI or any follow up information requested. Consequently, no solicitation is being issued at this time. Therefore, no award will be made as a result of providing this information. The interested vendors must be authorized resellers and designated as authorized maintenance/training representatives of Citrix System, Inc. Interestd vendors must provide the following information with their response: Availability and documentation verifying they can meet the performance thresholds and permissions Lead Time assessment (earliest possible start date) Company name, UEI, DUNS company representative information (email and phone number)
