As a result of this solicitation, the Government intends to award a contract, for Analysts to provide administrative and analytical support with processing FOIPA requests in two functional areas, Initial Processing (IP) and FOIPA processing. Contractor Analysts shall complete work in accordance with the performance standards outlined in the PWS and in the RIDS SOPs. The RIDS SOPs will be provided by the Government as part of the mandatory training session. RIDS management will ensure equitable work distribution and appropriate administrative controls are in place to ensure the contractor employee is performing efficiently and effectively. Contractor Program Managers are responsible for all oversight of contractors employees and all task as outlined in the PWS. UPDATE (12/10/2020): The Government has extended the time to respond to industry questions from December 18, 2020 by 10:00 AM EST to January 8, 2021 by 10:00 AM EST. All proposals shall be submitted to the Government POC by February 3, 2021 at 10:00 AM EST. STATUS UPDATE 1/13/2021: The Government apologizes for the delay in responses due to industry. Due to the overwhelming amount of questions received from industry, responses will be posted by January 29, 2021, by COB along with all updated documents. The proposal due date will be extended as well. STATUS UPDATE 1/28/2021: The Government is hereby extending receipt of all proposals. All proposals and documents are due by February 26, 2021 at 10:00 AM, EST. All REVISED documents have been posted to this update. Industry representatives are advised to use ONLY THE REVISED DOCUMENTS. All questions and responses have been posted. No further questions from industry will be entertained. Industry representatives who send questions, will not receive a response. The next step in this process is receipt of proposals on February 26, 2021 at 10:00 AM EST. STATUS UPDATE: The solicitation was corrected to change the receipt date for proposals from February 27, 2021 at 10:00 AM EST to February 26, 2021 at 10:00 AM, EST. All other documents remain unchanged.
