This is a special notice of anticipated sole-source award to Genentech USA, Inc. for the commercial oseltamivir 75mg capsule 10 course TAMIFLU NDC 0004-0800-07. the FBI has a requirement for 3,300 units boxed in packages of 10 for total no. packages 330. The requirement for 3,300 courses of adult antiviral Tamiflu that conforms to the most recent antigenic composition recommended for United States (U.S.) seasonal influenza vaccines by the Advisory Committee on Immunizations Practices (ACIP) of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Additional Technical Requirements 1.1 Product is oseltamivir (Tamiflu) 75mg capsules x 10 caps per bottle or box. 1.2 Ability to deliver all orders no later than fourth (4th) quarter Government fiscal year, July through September timeframe 2019. 1.3 Product must have a single lot number and a single expiration date no less than 6 years from the date of delivery. Preferably a different lot number than currently stockpiled. 1.4 Product shall contain medicine sufficient for one course five (5) days treatment or ten (10) days prophylaxis. 1.5 Product packaging shall be in accordance with the United States Health and Human Services (HHS) Strategic National Stockpile (SNS) packaging. 1.6 Product labeling shall be in accordance with HHS SNS labeling requirements. 1.7 Product shall be labeled FOR DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE STOCKPILE USE ONLY. 1.8 The expiration date of the Tamiflu shall be no less than eight (6) years from the date of delivery and shall have an NDC number of 0004-0800-07. 1.9 Delivery shall be FOB-Destination and delivery locations will be designated for each order however will be one of the following four locations; Washington D.C.; Fredericksburg, VA; Dallas, TX; or Los Angeles, CA. The anticipated total award amount is $63,492.00. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The attached combined synopsis/solicitation is applicable.
