This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is ERFM006-22 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For QUOTE (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-03. The North American Industry Classification System code is 115112. This requirement is unrestricted in business size. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to enter into a single, firm-fixed-price, requirements contract for the commercial item(s) listed under section B of the attached solicitation.
