This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is EL1006-21 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05. The North American Industry Classification System code is 444220 Nursery and Garden Center, Small Business Size Standard 12.0. This requirement is unrestricted. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to enter into a one-year, firm-fixed-price, requirements type contract for the commercial item(s) listed in section B of the attached SF1449 form.
