This procurement is set-aside for Small Business, and the FBI intends to award a firm-fixed price blanket purchase agreement (BPA) under Federal Acquistion Regulation (FAR) Subpart 8.4 with a sixty (60) month period of performance. Offers are to be received no later than 5:00 PM (CST) on June 5, 2020 to the attention of Amy Lacy, Contracting Officer, Federal Bureau of Investigation, 4943 Fowler Road, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898. If an Offer has armor samples that are awaiting/pending NIJ certification, the FBI will accept the ballistic resistance testing reports from an independent laboratory until such time that NIJ has returned to operations and the backlog is cleared.
