A competitive solicitation issued on GSA eBuy under GSA Federal Supply Schedule, 00CORP Professional Services Schedule (PSS), SINS 874-1 and 874-4, resulted in execution of a single task order contract, awarded to ICF Incorporated, LLC (ICF) via GS-00F-01CA DJO-OVC-16-G-0250. The contract included a 12 month base year and four 12 month option years. The total value of the contract, inclusive of options, was awarded for $38,798,603.20. This contract action is being executed to modify and increase the current ceiling of the contract by $6,182,500.00, from $38,798,603.20 to $44,981,103.20. The additional support does not alter the nature of the work for which the original contract was awarded and would not have affected the original competition, the type of services being acquired, or the overall contract duration.
