BACKGROUND The United States Marshals Service (USMS) has a responsibility to Relocate, Store, Maintain and Dispose of seized and/or forfeited Vehicles throughout the United States. This requirement is for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Middle District of Pennsylvania, District of Maryland, District of Delaware, District of Columbia, Eastern District of Virginia and Western District of Virginia specifically. REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) The USMS is posting this announcement as an RFI only, for the upcoming solicitation that will be posted on the SAM.gov website at https://sam.gov. This RFI is issued for the purpose of identifying the availability of potential qualified sources that will be able to meet the requirement. The solicitation will be for the Towing, Storage, Maintenance and Disposal of Vehicles to the General Public as a customary business practice in the Baltimore, Maryland; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and Richmond, Virginia metropolitan areas. The vehicle services contract will be for a base year and two (2) one-year options. There are three (3) locations of Contract Performance. 30 miles of 101 W.
