BACKGROUND The United States Marshals Service (USMS) has a responsibility to Relocate, Store, Maintain and Dispose of seized and/or forfeited Vehicles throughout the United States. This requirement is for the Central and Southern Districts of California and the District of Hawaii specifically. REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) The USMS is posting this announcement as an RFI only, for the upcoming solicitation that will be posted on the beta.SAM.gov website at https://beta.sam.gov. This RFI is issued for the purpose of identifying the availability of potential qualified sources that will be able to meet the requirement. The solicitation will be for the Towing, Storage, Maintenance and Disposal of Vehicles to the General Public as a customary business practice in the Los Angeles, California; and Honolulu, Hawaii metropolitan areas. The vehicle services contract will be for a base year and four (4) one-year options. There are three (3) locations of Contract Performance. Two (2) of which, the Contractor will provide the facility. 50 road miles of the USMS Central District of Los Angeles, 350 W. First St, Los Angeles, CA 90012 50 road miles of the USMS District of Hawaii, 300 Ala Moana Blvd, Honolulu, HI 96850 Government provided facility in the USMS Southern District of California.
