This is a Total Small Business Set Aside. This RFQ falls under FAR Part 12 and 13. The period of performance for this requirement will be: FOB Destination Shipping, Delivery 60 days from receipt and acceptance of Purchase Order (to be coordinated with the Tulsa office) . Contractors interested in competing for this effort may participate by submitting quotes in accordance with the procedures set forth in this RFQ. All quotes shall be firm fixed priced. Questions are due to the Contracting Officer no later than 09/14/2021, at 3:00pm EST/EDT
