The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, fixed price contract with Excel Truck Group, Address: 901 W. Hundred Road, Chester, VA 23836, for the purpose of procuring vehicle maintenance for Freighliner vehicles. This procurement is in support of an ongoing requirement for certified service centers providing maintenance in the area. Only this source can furnish the requirements, to the exclusion of other sources, because this is the only certified vendor who can provide Freightliner service to the vehicles within the service area. The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
