The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, fixed price contract with McKesson Medical, Address: 9954 Mayland Drive, Suite 4000, Richmond, VA 23233, for the purpose of procuring medical supplies for deployment operations. This procurement is in support of an ongoing requirement for approved medical supplies for kits used in the field. Only this source can furnish the requirements, to the exclusion of other sources, because this firm is able to provide approved supplies, has the ability to custom package products according to FBI standards, and can ship to various locations in the United States on short notice. The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
