The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, fixed price contract with Aardvark Tactical, Address: 1935 Puddingstone Drive, La Verne, CA 91750, for the purpose of a limited quantity purchase of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS). This procurement is in support of an ongoing requirement for SWAT usage. Only this source can furnish the requirements, to the exclusion of other sources, because these UAS are manufactured and sold by only one vendor in the United States. The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
