The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, fixed price contract with WMD Tech, Address: 5116 Emerald Street #A, Boise, ID 83706, for the purpose of purchasing a Mosaic kit system. This procurement is in support of an ongoing requirement for the stabilization program. Only this source can furnish the requirements, to the exclusion of other sources, because these kits are manufactured and sold by only one vendor. The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
