The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, fixed price contract with Leydig, Voit & Mayer, Address: 700 13th St NW #300, Washington, DC 20005, for the purpose of patent attorney fees. This procurement is in support of patents for innovative technologies that need intellectual property rights protection. This vendor has the critically essential background of fluid dynamics and physics and has filed related patent applications. The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
