The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, fixed price contract with Geissele Automatics, Address: 800 East Walnut St, North Wales, PA 19454 for the purpose of purchasing S700-HS Precision Triggers, quantity of 100. This procurement is in support of an ongoing requirement for the SWAT program. Only this source can furnish the requirements, to the exclusion of other sources, because these triggers are manufactured and sold by only one vendor. The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
