The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, fixed price contract with Kolas TV, Address: 8407 Richmond Highway, Suite C, Alexandria, VA 22309, for the purpose of installing and programming one Dish Network SMARTBOX 32 Channel HD over coaxial QAM-no ATSC in a server room in a federal building. This procurement is in support of replacing the current Dish Network head-end distribution that is currently installed. The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
