The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, fixed price contract with LongShot Manufacturing LLC, Address: 30 Kennedy Road Andover, NJ 07821 for the purpose of purchasing LongShot Bottom Picatinny Rails. This procurement is in support of the current weapons systems. Only this source can furnish the requirements, to the exclusion of other sources, because the rails were custom designed and are solely produced by LongShot manufacturing. The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
