The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, fixed price contract with Juggernaut Case, address: 16460 N. 91st Street Scottsdale, AZ 85260, for the purpose of purchasing specialized phone accessories, quantity of 150, plus mounts in a quantity of 75 each. This procurement is in support of new technology in the section. Based on market research, it has been determined that only this procurement action can be facilitated with Juggernaut Case for this specialized phone need. The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
