The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, fixed price contract with Compunetix Inc. Address: 2420 Mosside Blvd. Montoreville PA 15146 for the purpose of post warranty maintenance service for the proprietary conference bridge system. Vendor will provide 24 hours, 7 day per week, 365 days per year engineering services and technical support particular to the existing Conference bridge hardware, firmware and related databases. This is in support of a service, manufacturer provided parts and software updates on an existing system. Based on market research, it has been determined that only this procurement action can be facilitated by Compunetix Inc for the existence of limited rights in data and continued uniformity. Uniformity is required for safety and communication values. The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
