The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, fixed price contract with Survival systems USA Address: 144 Tower Ave. Groton, CT 06340 for the purpose of open water egress and survival training for air crew members. This training is the only of its kind that has the ability to generate complex simulations regarding various states of the sea, lighting and other variables. Based on market research, it has been determined that only this procurement action can be facilitated with Survival Systems USA. This specialized training is required for safety. The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
