The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Washington Field Office (WFO) intends to sole source to Iron Mountain for onsite confidential shredding services. This will be awarded under FAR 13 and FAR 12. Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All capability statements or quotes shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer Samantha Schottler slschottler@fbi.gov by email before April 18, 2023 at 10:00 AM EST. All capability statements or quotes shall be received before the closing date and time. Please see the attached Sole Source Justification.
