***RFQ REVISED TO REFLECT UPDATED CLOSING DATE AND ADDITION OF OPTIONAL SITE VISIT*** *** Interested contractors shall fully read the Revised Statement of Work (SOW) and Request for Quote (RFQ) attach... ***RFQ REVISED TO REFLECT UPDATED CLOSING DATE AND ADDITION OF OPTIONAL SITE VISIT*** *** Interested contractors shall fully read the Revised Statement of Work (SOW) and Request for Quote (RFQ) attachments for full project specifications and requirements *** The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Procurement Section, National Acquisition Programs Unit (NAPU) is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) on behalf of the FBI San Juan Division, for the purpose of procuring fiber optic and coppper cable, and cable installation, as outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This is a Total Small Business set-aside. All quotes will be evaluated on lowest price technically acceptable. All vendors shall be registered and have an active UEI number in SAM.gov in order to quote. There will be a single award for all services requested. All quotes shall be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). Purchase Orders shall be accepted for services. Services shall be completed within 30 days from notification of award, unless otherwise advised by the Contracting Officer. Period of performance: Products and services are required to be receieved/completed within 30 days from receipt and acceptance of award. Product and/or service delays should be immediately communicated to the Contracting Officer. Contractors interested in competing for this effort may participate by submitting quotes in accordance with the procedures set forth in this RFQ. Contractors shall fully read the Statement of Work (SOW) attachment for full project requirements and specifications prior to quote submission. All quotes shall be firm fixed price. A site visit day has been established for Friday, June 09, 2023 from 10:00am EST to 12:00pm EST. All contractors interested in providing a quote are encouraged to attend the Site visit day session to fully familiarize themselves with the project requirements and view the installation site/layout area(s). Please see Section 2 on the Statement of Work (SOW) for requirements on scheduling attendance at the site visit.
