This will be awarded under FAR part 13 and FAR part 12. Please see the attached sole source justification. Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. All capabilities statements shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer Samantha Schottler slschottler@fbi.gov by email before April 20, 2023 at 10 AM EST. All capability statements must be received before the closing time.
