Please see below for questions submitted in response to the subject RFI along with the responses: 1. Will you consider a cloud-based system? A. No, Security Division forbids a Cloud-Based solution 2. How many do you need of each camera? A. This is based on each project. For the RFI, we just need to know if the company can support multiple sites and multiple locations on a per project basis. 3. What spare part do you need? How many? A. This has not been determined at this time. Parts required will be determined on a per project basis. However, we can expect different size projects. Our project ranges are Large(51 to 100 Cameras and supporting equipment), Medium (21 to 50 Cameras and supporting equipment) and Small (1-20 Cameras and supporting equipment) 4. Are you looking for model numbers now or just that we can quote it? A. Yes, we are looking for manufactures, part numbers and for unit pricing. The objective of this Request for Information (RFI) is to poll the market for commercial, proprietary, and nonproprietary equipment from commercial entities for the availability of a CCTV System that includes a robust, scalable, and reliable CCTV System that includes a server, workstation, fixed cameras, mounting equipment, and ancillary devices.
