The software must be able to: Run as a command line utility or a service on a Linux or containerized (i.e. Docker or Kubernetes) environment Operate without internet connectivity Handle common file formats including Windows PE (portable executable), Linux ELF, MAC OS Mach-O, .ole, .ooxml, .pdf, and .zip Scan files without the need for pre-existing signatures using mathematical models based on file behavior Identify and classify malicious functionality using machine learning technology and mathematical models Characterize and report what specific malicious capabilities are identified in a file Assign a numerical score representing the likelihood a file is malicious FBI is seeking INFORMATION only.
