The objective of this solicitation is to create a Firm-Fixed Price, nonpersonal services contract with an accredited college and/or university to provide educational services for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Office of Partner Engagement (OPE) Center for Strategic Thinking & Education in Public Safety (C-STEPS) Program. OPE intends to establish an accredited graduate certificate program for students currently working as public safety professionals.
