The requirement is to develop and maintain custom RFID software licenses that allow system support, services and supplies/equipment. The software license(s)/subscription(s) will include maintenance and support. The contract will be awarded as Firm-Fixed Price on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Basis for a base plus four (4) option years. Supplies and services include the software subscription(s)/license(s), hardware and software maintenance, software enhancements, modifications, and software version updates. The software must continue efficient RFID tracking of all evidence that is submitted to the Firearms/Toolmarks Unit (FTU). The FBI requires continued support and maintenance of the current versions of the RFID system and the personnel providing the labor hours must possess the knowledge, skills, and ability necessary to address the applicable Revised 508 Standards defined in this contract and shall provide supporting documentation upon request.
