The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Procurement Section/National Acquisition Programs Unit (NAPU) is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the purpose of establishing a Blanket Purchase Agreement for handheld recorders as detailed below. This RFQ falls under FAR Part 12 and 13. All vendors shall be registered and active in SAM.gov and have an active account for the life of the BPA, to be considered for award. Only vendors located in the U.S. will be considered. This BPA will have a $3,000,000 ceiling that shall not be exceeded. No minimum amount is guaranteed. There will be a single award based upon Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Quotes shall be Firm-Fixed Price (FFP). This is being competed as a Total Small Business Set-Aside, and only quotes from Small Businesses will be considered. NAICS Code: 334310, Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing Size Standard: 750 Employees Contractors interested in competing for this effort may participate by submitting quotes in accordance with the procedures set forth in this RFQ.
