Ths BPA will be awarded under FAR Part 13 and FAR Part 12 Total small business set aside under NAICS 441320 The period of performance will be June 2022 - June 2023 Contractors interested in competing for this effort may participate by submitting quotes in accordance with the procedures set forth in this RFQ. Quotes must be submitted via email to Contracting Officer 1 PM EST Friday, May 20th
