Box 701468, San Antonio, Texas 78270, Telephone number (210) 590-5193. This requirement is for the Miami Division. Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All capability statements or quotes shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer David P. Yates by email. The email address is DPYATES@FBI.GOV. All capability statements or quotes shall be received before the closing date and time. Attached is the Sole Source Justification to connect and match existing Tactical Panel Systems.
