The U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Bureau ofInvestigation, Critical Incident Response Group (CIRG), Tactical Section (TS), has prepared this justification for other than full and open competition for electronic devices and support equipment on behalf of the Tactical Section Medical Program. A sole source action is being requested through Jones and Bartlett Learning, School of Medicine for CIRG TS Medical Program's need for training materials and associated accessories. Jones and Bartlett Learning will provide services and supplies to assist in the medical training of National Tactical Training Unit (NTTU) medical operators.
