PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to sole source to PCI/Bhate JV LLC for hazardous spill clean up under the authority of FAR 19.8. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is a tenant organization that operates facilities located on Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL. It requires timely HAZMAT clean-up and remediation services in the event of a spill event. When a spill occurs on FBI lands located on Redstone Arsenal, the FBI and US Army will perform initial spill mitigation measures. In the event that the spill cannot be cleaned by local staff, the FBI will coordinate with the contractor to mobilize the spill response team to perform remediation actions. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to the Contracting Officer listed below by the closing date of this notice. Only emailed responses will be considered. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. The Government shall not reimburse interested sources for any information provided. No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation requirement.
