The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on a one time, sole source basis to: Higgins Tower Service, Inc., 6620 W. Mitchell Street, West Allis, WI 53214 for the purpose of installing a microwave dish and associated cabling and grounding at the Trump Tower in Chicago. The Trump Tower building owner has stated that Higgins Tower Service, Inc. is the only vendor permitted to modify the building rooftop/tower. The resultant contract will fulfill the FBI’s requirement to transmit video data to effectively conduct the missions of the FBI. The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
