The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a sole source, fixed-price contract to 3 Range Combatives for a combatives course. This notice will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Website (www.beta.sam.gov). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FBO site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13-106-1 (b). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement and proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. All capability statements or quotes shall be submitted to the Contracting Specialist, Ricardo Tiggle by email.
