This requirement is for the Technology Governance Division HQ. Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All capability statements or quotes shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer via email at rtiggle@fbi.gov by email. All capability statements or quotes shall be received before the closing date and time. Please see the attached Sole Source Justification.
