Also attached is the brand justification documentation. This solicitation is being conducted as a total small business set-aside and only quotes from small business will be considered. Quotes shall be for the entire list of requirements; partial quotes will not be accepted. Quoted items must be brand name Avigilon only, and no substitutions can be accepted. Quotes shall be formulated with FOB Destination shipping to zip code 95678. Award will be based upon Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Quotes must be detailed line by line per item to allow for technical evaluation. All questions due via email to the contracting officer, KRHAUS@fbi.gov, no later than 04/29/2021 at 2pm EST.
