The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Procurement Section issues this Request for Quotation (RFQ), for “Brand Name-Wowza Streaming Engine Perpetual Pro w/5 years of Gold Maintenance and Support, Qty: 18”, in accordance with the attached Justification & Approval. Offerors interested in competing for this effort may participate by submitting quotes in accordance with the procedures set forth in this RFQ. The Government reserves the right to terminate the RFQ at any time during the validity period. Offerors must be authorized resellers (no gray market materials) and provide the agency with the original manufacturer’s warranty upon delivery of materials, including any turn-key information. All warranty information shall be registered in the FBI’s name. All quotations are due no later than 2:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time, on Monday, 19 July 2021. All quotations received after the due time and due date shall be unacceptable. Also, all offerors must state their DUNS and Cage Code on their quotation. This requirement will be awarded based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quotation, received for this requirement. ***Note: All interested offerors shall have an active SAM registration at www.sam.gov. Also, all requirements are subject to a PRA-Procurement Risk Assessment by FBI Security prior to award. If for any reason a vendor does not pass the PRA process, they will be ineligible for award with no further explanation given.
