The FBI is contemplating award of a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) for repairs, calibration, and upgrades to the FBIs land mobile radio legacy equipment. I am conducting market research to determine competition among companies with the ability to provide the attached list of materials. This potential BPA will be for a 12 month base period with four, 12 month option periods. There are two attachments. The first is a spreadsheet with four tabs.
