The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on a one time, sole source basis to: Warmus and Associates, Inc., 2324 N. Cleveland-Massillon Rd., Bath, OH 44210 for the purpose of providing the following professional services on a tower owned by Northeastern Educational Television of Ohio, Inc.: removal and disposal of an existing FBI antenna and feed line located at the 325 foot level; installation of FBI provided Commander 150 – 5N antenna on existing antenna mount at the 730 foot level; and installation of about 830 feet of new 7/8” Low Loss Foam Heliax cable, with vendor supplying mounting hardware, grounding kits and other necessary hardware. The tower owner limits the performance of work on their towers to Warmus and Associates employees only. The resultant contract will fulfill the FBI’s requirement to repair aging and or faulty equipment at this site. This will allow agents and other law enforcement personnel to have a functioning communication system to complete daily investigations. The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).
