The FBI Professional Services Unit intends to issue a 3 month bridge extension to contract 15F06719F0004409 to FCI Federal, LLC, 20135 LAKEVIEW CENTER PLAZA SUITE 300, ASHBURN, VA 20147 on a sole source basis under the statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition. The authority being cited is 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(2) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, "Only One Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency RequirementsResponsible Source can Satisfy the Agnecy Requirement ." The contract term will be a 60-day base period plus one 30-day options, for a maximum period of 90 days approximately if all options are exercised.
