The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to sole source to 3 Range Combatives for a 5 day course for situational awareness and theory's and principles of fighting. This requirement is for the Counterterrorism Fly Team. Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All capability statements or quotes shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer Ricardo Tiggle by email. The email address is rtiggle@fbi.gov. All capability statements or quotes shall be received before the closing date 4/9/2021 at 11:59pm est. Please see the attached Sole Source Justification and SOW.
