This RFQ falls under FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. All quotes shall be FOB Destination Shipping. This is a Total Small Business Set Aside. Contractors interested in competing for this effort may participate by submitting quotes in accordance with the procedures set forth in the attached RFQ. All quotes shall be firm fixed priced.
