This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a sole source, commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 13, “Simplified Acquisition Procedures” and 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,” as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-03 effective 23 NOV 2020. The complete text of any of the clauses and provisions may be accessed in full text at www.acquisition.gov and the FBI does not intend to reimburse recipients of this RFQ for any costs incurred in preparing a quote. Prior to the preparation of your quote, please read all instructions contained herein. A Contractor's quote shall be clearly stated, complete and provide a straightforward, concise delineation if its capabilities and services to satisfy this RFP. For your convenience, a pricing template is available for use for the price portion of your quote. Please send a request to the undersigned. The FBI Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Division is seeking a firm, fixed price base with four option years contract for the preventative maintenance and repair services for the PDQ LaserWash 360 Car Wash system. Sole Source Justification: Simoniz USA is the exclusive and only authorized PDQ Distributor for Sales and Service in West Virginia. This RFQ is being solicited as Sole Source requirement to Simoniz USA as these services are to be provided only by the authorized service provider of the PDQ LaserWash 360 Car Wash system. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811192 – CAR WASH and the size standard is $8 million.
